Considerate construction and commitment to career development

Construction partner and lead designer, BAM, is working closely with the local community on the development of Grayson Place and the wider Transforming Nuneaton programme. This includes a wide variety of training and career initiatives. The scheme itself has been designed with a high level of consideration for sustainability, including detailed plans for improving energy and fuel efficiency. During the construction phases, BAM is committed to a series of initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of Grayson Place.
