A new destination for Nuneaton, in the heart of Nuneaton.
Linking Abbey Street and Queens Road in the middle of the town centre, Grayson Place is where you’ll discover new bars, cafés, restaurants, a food hall, a cinema and a state- of-the-art family entertainment offer – all sited around a striking public space. This contemporary and urban regeneration project, delivered by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council and its partners, is set to deliver a unique experience for residents and visitors to Nuneaton.
It’s also a new place to study and stay. With a Hampton by Hilton hotel and North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College’s Digital Skills and Innovation Centre, as well as apartments and a multi-storey car park, Grayson Place is set to bring new life to the area.
From morning coffees and working lunches to dinner with friends, after dinner cocktails and family fun to date nights, Grayson Place is where locals and visitors alike can eat, drink and shop in the heart of the town.
Development is already underway, with opening planned for 2024.
